# `TimeZoneInfo.Transformer.Abbr`

This module provides some functions to create time zone abbreviations.

# `format`

```elixir
@type format() ::
  {:string, String.t()} | {:template, String.t()} | {:choice, [String.t()]}
```

The format of a `zone_abbr`.

# `letters`

```elixir
@type letters() :: String.t() | nil
```

The `letters` for the zone abbr format.

# `create`

```elixir
@spec create(format(), Calendar.utc_offset(), Calendar.std_offset(), letters()) ::
  String.t()
```

Creates the zone abbr.
